At LDN Lips we sell Lip gloss and other lip care products. For the time being we are only selling and producing quality lip gloss, however from November 2020 we release more lip associated products.
We are not liable for lost / misplaced or stolen products. As we ship off our orders precisely and carefully. If in the unfortunate circumstance that something does happen to your order, contact Royal Mail promptly or your local post office. Inform us as well, so we can check things on our end and make a complaint with you. After we post our orders we aren't responsible and neither are we to blame. So therefore we will be under the assumption that your order has been delivered to your address.
If there is an issue with your order always be sure to contact us straight away, so that we can help resolve any issues. As mistakes can be made, always make sure that you receive an email from: [email protected] for your own personal security.
However if you attempt to publicly shame or dispute against us, in any shape or form, whether it be on social-media, through email, on our website or our pay-pal, we will have evidence and proof to debunk and devalue any false or incorrect allegations.
