Refunds and Returns:
LDN Lips cannot be held liable if packages are sent to the wrong address or lost. So please ensure that you send us the correct address when ordering anything. As once your order is at the post office, we can no longer be held responsible for the package if lost, damaged or stolen. For this reason we cannot give refunds. We offer no refunds or exchanges unless the product can be seen to be used or damaged before it was shipped off. We also cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of what we sell at LDN Lips. It would be extremely unhygienic to do so as it creates a lot of risk, especially due to the terms of pandemic. Although when it become safer we will accept refunds and returns for incorrect orders. But you must notify us within 24Hrs that your order was incorrect. We do this to ensure all refund and return claims are authorized and true. However this is highly unlikely to be the case as we carefully package and enclose all our products. Nevertheless if you do have a problem with our product(s) feel free to message us directly for any further inquires on this matter. Issues with our products have never happened and there are set rules and regulations in place to make sure all LDN Lips products are safe and that customers are handled with care and are satisfied with their beautiful orders.
Returns Post-Covid:
We will only be accepting returns on items in their natural state. All items cannot have been used by the recipient or anyone else. on return the product must also include the receipt and be returned within 7 days of arrival to your address. Prices & Payment:
For the current moment, we only accept payments via Paypal. Customers can purchase from us with Venmo or Paypal credit. We understand than some customers will not have Paypal and we will soon be enabling Stripe and Apple Pay. However we will never accept cash payments for the time being.
Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping for all UK based orders
Shipping within the UK will take appropriately 2-6 working days. It also takes 2-3 days for us to process your order after it has been purchased depending on the volume of orders we may receive.
For orders outside of the UK can take up to 6-10 business day to process your order. Shipping fees including taxes will be included at the end of checkout. And shipping may take 5-15 days.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

All our products are handmade with care as we value our customers and want to improve their experience using lip gloss.
We strive not to make a profit but to improve how people see lip gloss. We don't want our customers to continue to buy cheap,low quality, sticky lip gloss but valuable, reasonably priced lip gloss that nourishes and moisturizes lips.
All of our lip glosses are clean as we sanitize ourselves, the tubes and the equipment used.
